By using DataZen Global services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

DataZen Global provides B2B lead generation services including appointment setting, LinkedIn lead generation, outbound as a service, data as a service, deliverability consulting, end-to-end lead generation, and data enrichment. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in your individual Service Agreement.

You agree to: provide accurate business information; respond to approval requests within agreed timeframes; use our data services in compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM; and make payments on time as specified in your Service Agreement.

All strategies and methodologies developed by DataZen Global, including The Intelligence Stack, remain our intellectual property. Campaign deliverables become client property upon full payment.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including campaign performance data and proprietary processes.

DataZen Global liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service. We do not guarantee specific results as outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We do guarantee data quality to the standards specified in your Service Agreement.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client remains liable for fees incurred up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
